Reminiscence over Singapore's early days and be REWARDED for it!
This November, National Library invites you to tread on a pictographic path along Singapore's precious olden days! Stand a chance to win exciting cash and other attractive prizes worth up to $5,000 by sending us photographs, postcards, pictures, or illustrations that will revive the "Lost Memories" of the island!
So... What Should I Do?
Simply donate photographs, postcards, pictures, or illustrations of:
- Historic buildings, landmarks, places or sites or street scenes from the island's earlier days that are not in existence anymore.
OR - Buildings, landmarks, places or sites or street scenes around the island that have been around before the 1970s.

* All digital prints submitted online should be:
* In your description, please indicate "For HRS2" and state the geographical location of the sights that you have captured (E.g. Indicate that Raffles Hotel is in the Central Zone of Singapore). So do state your zone of your "lost landmarks", mark "north", "south", "east", "west" or "central".
OR - Drop by at The Plaza @ Level One of the National Library at Victoria Street on Saturday, 10 November 2007 between 11am to 5pm
NLB accepts gifts on the basis these gifts and donations do not contravene any laws of the Republic of Singapore. Upon receipt, these gifts and donations become the property of the Library. The location, retention, organisation, preservation and accessibility of the donated materials, or other considerations pertaining to their use and disposition are at the exclusive discretion of the National Library Board of Singapore in accordance with institutional and Singapore Government policies, unless otherwise pre-determined and agreed between NLB and the donor.
